::eggs and veggies::
I took everything from my fridge, put it in a pan and cooked it up.
I started with sweet potato rounds and carrots (in olive oil, but i would recommend to use coconut oil) because they take the longest. Then threw in cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, green bell peppers, sweet peppers and lastly HAM. Then made my eggs for extra protein.
I like my eggs poached.. if you couldn’t tell by all my posts. haha.
